1. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment will be confirmed by email. Students who enrol after Week 1 will be charged the tuition fee on a pro-rata basis. Payment secures the student’s place in the program and constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Class Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds

No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of an individual lesson or for lessons missed by a student for any reason. If a student wishes to withdraw for the remainder of the term, a refund for the unused classes will be provided on a pro-rata basis, subject to the following conditions:

- Withdrawals will only be accepted up to and including Week 8 of the term.

- Parents or guardians must provide written notice at least 24 hours before the next scheduled lesson.

- Withdrawals made within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson will not be eligible for a refund for that lesson.

3. Schedule Changes

In the event of a schedule change or class rescheduling or merging of classes, parents or guardians will be notified using the contact details provided at enrolment.Where possible, advance notice will be given, and alternative arrangements will be offered.

4. Class Size

Each class requires a minimum enrolment of two (2) students to proceed. In the event that a class has fewer than two enrolled students, alternative arrangements will be discussed with parents or guardians. Enrolment for each class is limited to a maximum of ten (10) students. Once a class has reached capacity, additional interested students will be placed on a waitlist and offered enrolment should a space become available.

5. Tutor Rights and Student Conduct

Shaxx & Dan Tutoring is committed to providing a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment. The tutoring business reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrolment at its discretion if a student engages in behaviour that is disruptive, inappropriate, or detrimental to the learning experience of others. If a student is terminated, parents will be notified, and a refund will be issued for the remaining classes in the term.

6. Copyright of Tutoring Materials

All tutoring materials provided by Shaxx & Dan Tutoring remain the intellectual property of Shaxx & Dan Tutoring. These materials may not be copied, distributed, shared or reproduced in any form without prior written permission.

By completing the online enrolment form below and submitting payment, parents and students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
